✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
The product arrived damaged
You received a defective item
The wrong product was delivered
The product has a manufacturing issue
To begin a return, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
Size misunderstandings (dimensions are clearly mentioned)
Change of mind or personal preference
Customised or personalised products
🔁 Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved, we will:
Arrange a pickup (where serviceable), or
Ask you to ship it back to us
After receiving and inspecting the item:
A replacement will be sent, OR
A refund will be issued (if replacement is unavailable)
💸 Refund Timeline
Once processed and approved, refunds are credited within:
5–7 working days to your original payment method
Shipping or handling fees (if any) are not refundable.
📦 Return Shipping
If the return is due to a Deskcart error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.
🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be made.
