Important: “Custom” means your artwork or design is personalised. We currently do not manufacture custom dimensions. Please choose M, L, XL or XXL from the size table below.

A simple approval process ensures that you see the layout before we print.

Approve your preview

We check the image and send a digital layout. You pay online only after approving it.

Printing

Your custom-design mat is normally printed within 7–10 working days after final approval.

Quality check

We check the printed mat and its stitched edges before packing.

Delivery

Free delivery normally takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Send a full-resolution JPG, PNG or PDF. Avoid screenshots and compressed social-media downloads.

Choose a wide image

Desk mats are landscape-shaped. Portrait images will need significant cropping.

Protect important details

Keep faces, text and logos roughly 2 cm away from the edges and stitched border.

Frequently asked questions

Can I request a custom size or custom dimensions?

No. We customise the printed design, not the physical dimensions. Please choose from M (28 × 60 cm), L (30 × 80 cm), XL (42 × 90 cm) or XXL (54 × 110 cm).

Can I order only one custom-design desk mat?

Yes. You can order one personalised mat or multiple mats. Corporate bulk pricing starts from 6 mats.

How much does a custom-design mat cost?

₹899 for M, ₹999 for L, ₹1,299 for XL and ₹1,699 for XXL.

Will I see the design before it is printed?

Yes. We share a digital preview and print only after you approve it.

How do I pay?

Custom-design orders are prepaid only. Cash on delivery and partial COD are not available. You pay online after approving the preview.

How long does it take?

Printing normally takes 7–10 working days after receiving the final correct file and approval. Delivery normally takes another 4–7 working days after dispatch.

What if my image quality is too low?

We will tell you before printing and ask for a better file or recommend a smaller standard size.

Can I return a personalised mat?

It cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved preview, contact us within 7 days with photographs. See our refund and returns policy.
