What does “personalised” mean?
You provide the design and we print it on a premium DeskCart mat. The mat itself comes in four standard sizes (M, L, XL and XXL). We do not make custom dimensions. Everything on the surface can be yours.

How to get the best print quality
- Use the original photo, not a screenshot or a compressed image.
- On WhatsApp, send it as a document so the quality is not reduced.
- Landscape images fit the mat shape best.
- Keep important details away from the edges, about 2 cm from the border, so the stitching does not cover them.

What we cannot print
We print artwork that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. We cannot print copyrighted characters, brand logos or artwork you do not have rights to.
How ordering works
- Choose a size (M, L, XL or XXL).
- Send your design on WhatsApp or email.
- Approve the preview. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
- Pay in advance. Custom orders are prepaid only.
- Production takes 7–10 working days after approval, then delivery takes 4–7 working days. Delivery is free across India.

Is a personalised mat more expensive?
No. The price is the same as the regular price for the size you choose.
Can I pay cash on delivery?

Can I order just one?

What if something is wrong with my mat?
Custom mats are not returnable unless damaged, defective or not as per the approved preview. Report any issue within 7 days of delivery.
