What artwork works best
- Send your logo as a high-quality file (vector or large PNG), not a screenshot.
- Keep the design simple: a logo, one or two colours and plenty of space look more professional than a crowded layout.
- Leave a margin near the stitched edge so nothing important is close to the border.
- Use artwork you own or have permission to use. We cannot print other brands’ logos or copyrighted characters without permission.
How ordering works
- Share your requirement on WhatsApp or email: quantity, size and logo.
- Get a quotation for your quantity.
- Approve the digital preview before anything is printed.
- Pay in advance. Custom orders are prepaid.
- Production takes 7–10 working days after design approval, followed by delivery in 4–7 working days to serviceable PIN codes.

The minimum for corporate orders is 6 mats, so it works for small teams as well as larger orders. Plan about three weeks ahead for events and festive gifting: that covers design approval, production and delivery without rushing. A GST invoice is available for eligible business orders.
